Product Description

1. Vulcanization pressure: 1.5mpa;

2. Vulcanization temperature: 145℃;

3. Vulcanization plate temperature difference: ±5℃:

4. The heating time (normal temperature to 145℃) is not more than 50 minutes;

5. Power supply voltage: 380V, 50Hz:

6. Electric control box output power: 36Kw

7. Temperature adjustment range: room temperature ~ 200℃;

8. Timing adjustment range: 0~99min:

9. Pressurize the upper and lower heating plates: after 0.8mpa, the gap shall not be greater than 0.5mm;

10. Cooling water source pressure ≥0.2Mpa;

11. Drop from 145℃ to 60℃≤10 minutes.
